Harrisburg, PA, May 15, 2018– Pennsylvania Sheriff Association (PSA) Executive Director Thomas Maioli, Jr.  announced a new partnership with Bartell & Bartell, LTD, to provide leadership training to Pennsylvania Sheriffs.

For over 40 years, Bartell & Bartell, headquartered in State College, PA, has been a pioneer in organizational and leadership technologies.  They have worked with leaders from more than 2000 public and private sector companies to help them build a solid foundation for organizational excellence through their programs, including their Leadership Flight School – a 3 ½ day immersion in leadership development.

“We have had several Sheriffs and Chief Deputies complete their Leadership Flight School over the past few months and all agree that it deeply affected their ability to fully realize their leadership potential,” Maioli said.

As part of the agreement, Bartell & Bartell will offer discounted pricing on their leadership school and one full scholarship to a Pennsylvania Sheriff or Deputy Sheriff.   “We are delighted to partner with the PSA to equip more law enforcement leaders with proven tools to fast-track their leadership development,” said Tara Arnold, Bartell & Bartell, Ltd.

As the voice of 67 County Sheriff offices, the Pennsylvania Sheriffs’ Association is a tax-exempt group dedicated to preserving the time-honored Office of Sheriff in Pennsylvania through leadership, education/training, fundraising and legislative efforts.
