Business News Daily Contributor Chad Brooks recently shared the Top 10 Workplace Trends for 2014. Nearly 8,000 Industrial-Organizational psychologists were polled for this list – are you seeing these trends in your workplace, or do you see something entirely different going on?

At Bartell & Bartell, we’ve discovered some of these trends to be absolutely true. The reliance on “Big Data” for finding practical results, doing less with more, and finding and keeping valuable talent are common themes that come up in conversation. And it is certainly easy to imagine how social media and telecommuting can blur the lines between work and life – a common stressor for many.
