The Bartell assessment packet includes up to 9 separate assessments depending on the role’s level and responsibilities and measures over 50 aspects of ‘what a person is like’. This data comes together to form a Personal Assessment Portfolio, which will be presented during the Developmental Debriefing. The Bartell profiling package measures a leader from multiple perspectives with an in-depth battery of instruments, including temperament (DISC), personality, stress source, leadership proclivities, and conflict style.
