      Bartell DISCription Temperament Inventory (DISC)

      The DISC measures temperament, the foundation on which personality forms. This is perhaps the most important element of who you are, because it is thought to be inborn. It’s how a person is “hard-wired.”

      Interpersonal Measurement and Group Effectiveness (IMAGE)

      The IMAGE measures core personality traits critical to one’s role, including intellectual agility, risk, curiosity, creativity, character mode, work approach, and much more.

      AMP / Stress Source Profile (SSP)

      AMP and the SSP measure a person’s response to 20+ different organizationally induced stressors. The patterns in the stress scores reveal precisely where to intervene to focus on healthy stress for positive results.

      Personality Vector Analysis (PVA)

      The PVA Assessment provides a detailed description of 16 core aspects of personality.  It is an essential tool for understanding how someone may behave, and it provides highly valuable insights that can be used for development, improving communication, and strengthening relationships.

      Leadership Alignment Index (LAI)

      The LAI instrument measures dominant leadership styles and effectiveness, examining whether the leader uses the appropriate approach in various leadership situations.

      Conflict Management Style Profile

      The Conflict Management Profile measures a person’s preferred approach to dealing with conflict and their tendency to adopt other alternatives when their dominant style(s) don’t deliver the results they desire.

      Management Set-Point Assessment (MSA)

      The MSA measures where a person falls on a spectrum from Boss to Servant Leader, identifying their preferred and recessive modes or styles of exerting leadership influence and their level of maturity in these approaches.
