LFS 2 builds on the servant leadership principles of LFS I, and is designed from the ground up to help leaders bring out the best in their teams and achieve amazing results. Team assessments include:

DISC – How your team’s “hard wiring” can be used to maximize communication and alignment.

PVA (Personality Vector Analysis) – Your team’s level of personality development and natural influence.

AMP – A quantitative look at your team’s health and performance blockages.

Leadership is an art and a science, and LFS II delves into both. Rooted in the science of what makes a productive team, LFS II takes the theory and then uses exercises to hone your skills for application. This enables you to walk away understanding not just how your team can achieve synergy, but also with the skills to bring that synergy to life.

In Leadership Flight School 2, you’ll “push up sleeves”, work hard, and apply new strategies using your own team as a “case study”.
