    Day 1 - Fundamental Concepts
    • Learn what leadership really is and what skills it takes to be a leader. What it means to move beyond “manager” to becoming a leader who produces synergy in their teams.
    • Learn the one thing that motivates others.
    • Complete a powerful exercise that allows participants to look back at who and what has shaped them into the leaders that they are today
    Day 2 - Your Leadership Style
    • Key approaches to conflict and interpersonal relationship best practices. Introduction to a powerful development template to handle challenging situations.
    • What you personally need to motivate your followers.
    • A clear understanding of Visioning – and its many applications.
    Day 3 - Building Connections
    • How paradigm shapes how we perceive those around us, and how shifting viewpoints can speed up productivity.
