Day 1 - Fundamental Concepts
- Learn what leadership really is and what skills it takes to be a leader. What it means to move beyond “manager” to becoming a leader who produces synergy in their teams.
- Learn the one thing that motivates others.
- Complete a powerful exercise that allows participants to look back at who and what has shaped them into the leaders that they are today
Day 2 - Your Leadership Style
- Key approaches to conflict and interpersonal relationship best practices. Introduction to a powerful development template to handle challenging situations.
- What you personally need to motivate your followers.
- A clear understanding of Visioning – and its many applications.
Day 3 - Building Connections
- How paradigm shapes how we perceive those around us, and how shifting viewpoints can speed up productivity.
- How to gauge available team motivational resources to make sure they aren’t running on an empty tank.
