Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scales
By using psychometrically derived Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scales to provide precise, objective feedback, Bartell 360s help individuals clearly understand their strengths and areas for improvement.
Unlimited Raters
You can include as many assessment raters as you desire for each focal individual being assessed. This enables you to survey colleagues, managers, vendors, and anyone else who can provide valuable insights for development.
